Saitami Ryujin Matsuri Kai takes pride in preserving culture and history in our towns since 2000. With the designation of Saitama as a Municipality in 2003 we have created consolidated festivals such as the "Blooming Festival" as wells as focusing celebrations on the Great Ascending Ryujin (dragon god). This is our fifth consecutive year to participate in the Honolulu Festival. We look forward to performing with the Great Ryujin, standing ten meters tall and 50 meters long, to the beat of our colorful taiko.
