Our sushi originates from the inland area of Chiba Prefecture. This futomaki sushi is always a part of the feast for important ceremonial and family occasions. It was first made by the farming community of the Chiba peninsula. This tradition has been passed down for generations. This dish is a must for all special occasions. We are very happy to be able to make our futomaki sushi with our friends and children.
