AELUCOOP was founded on October 11, 1980, by the executives of the Union Association in order to provide a financial support to its members and their families. We started within the community of Japanese immigrants, and over the course of 37 years, our organization has expanded to over 4,000 members and 12 locations. The core principles of AELUCOOP are trust, responsibility, solidarity, and we play a significant role in not only the Nikkei community, but also the Peruvian society as a whole. Our primary business is finance, but we also offer services in moving, Japanese-style funeral, and insurance. Our specialized and friendly services have earned the trust of countless clients. It is the first time for Peruvian Nikkeis to participate in the Honolulu Festival. We hope it will be an emotionally fulfilling journey.
