The Honolulu Fukushima Kenjinkai (HFKK)celebrated their 100th Commemorative Anniversary in Oct 2023, The membership has 140 members. We are an organization whose members and friends trace their roots to Fukushima, Japan. Immigrants arrived and formed HFKK to get together, enjoy themselves, share common interest and help each other in time of need. Many of the traditions continue today. We enjoy together our summer picnic, new year celebration, food booths at festivals, and participate in community service projects and travel together with tours to Fukushima.
