The Police Activities League (PAL) began in July 1948 and offers a wide-range of sports and programs for Oahu’s youth. The Art of Hula – of Hawaiian Dance has also been included in recent years! The hula classes are offered to the children of current police officers. Kumu Hula Blaine Kia and Police Sergeant Lauren Porter (also a hula student of Blaine Kia) have started the program now in its second installment. The PAL program is proud to present the youth of our Police families of Honolulu!
