Manyoshu is the oldest anthology of Japanese poetry that was recited over 1,300 years ago. The collection consists of 4,516 poems. Our group would like to introduce the life and poem of Nukata no Okimi, Princess Nukata, wife of the Emperor of Japan, whose work is included in the Manyoshu.
