Our Cultural and Arts Association makes Miyamae Ward in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture home. Our role is to promote Miyamae as the center of Japan’s culture. We teach the intricacies of putting on a kimono, traditional Japanese dance, Noh song and much more. Our events are popular in Kawasaki as well as in other prefectures. We will be showing the people of Hawaii the art of donning a kimono at the Honolulu Festival.
