Kura is a “creative space” run by the citizens of Shiraoi. This renovated sake warehouse, built of stone in the Taisho Era, is currently used as a gathering place for the people of Shiraoi. The banquet hall and gallery are used to develop regional art, promote cultural exchange internationally and plan various cultural activities.
