The Saitama Ryujin Festival Association has recreated the dragon god legend, which has been passed down among the citizens, in a new form. They have introduced the ‘Ascending Dragon’ as a cultural heritage that Saitama City can be proud of, and have uniquely brought to life a dragon that soars through the sky.
