Established in 1981. We are one of the few frozen yakisoba manufacturers in Japan that makes noodles from flour and uses a large rotating oven to make yakisoba using the direct flame frying method. All of our products are made by direct flame frying. The savory flavor unique to direct flame frying is well received.
