Tamagusuku Ryu Kansen Atae no Kai Akiko Tome Ryubu Dojo represents the Hawaii branch of the Tamagusuku Ryu Kansen Atae no Kai Yonamine Keiko Ryubu Dojo in Southern California. Established in 1984 by Keiko Yonamine Sensei, the group has been dedicated to spreading the culture of Ryubu (Okinawa Dance) across various regions of the United States. In 2023, Akiko Tome founded her dojo in Hawaii, aspiring to foster a connection to the beauty of Ryukyu Buyo in her students. Through dance, she aims to inspire a sense of unity, love, and healing, creating a community where heartfelt connections flourish.
