HOP Disaster Victims Regional Life Support Center was created to assist the victims of the March 11, 2011 Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami, in such efforts as relocation and rescue assistance. Our volunteers have visited the disaster area and helped the victims immediately following the outbreak of this catastrophe. We would like you to feel and sense the power of those who have accomplished miraculous feats day in and day out towards the reconstruction of the stricken area.
