“Mounting” is like Buddhism and Tea Ceremony, it is a cultural tradition of Japan that has continued for over a thousand years. We learn mounting techniques as a group and enjoy making hanging scrolls, folding screens and other pieces with paper and cloth. We showcase our hanging scroll masterpieces once a year in “Our Annual Hanging Scroll Exhibit.”
