Uozu Tatemon Festival

This video shows the heroic “Tatemons” which are one of the world’s tallest and longest floats. They sport approximately 90 lanterns and resemble triangular sails of ships in shape. In addition, they are 15 meters tall and weigh 1.8 tons which were carried by a total of 80 bearers. Tatemons came from Japan to parade the streets of Hawaii.
