■Important Announcement Regarding Hawaii Convention Center Admission Fees
For 28 years the Honolulu Festival has been a free community event. However, due to rising costs and after careful consideration, we have decided to charge a admission fees for the first floor of the Hawaii Convention Center.
Despite this change, we will continue to offer the “Sake and Food Fest” with complimentary sake and food samples, and the “Enichi Corner” with free games for children. Additionally, there will be stage performances, exhibits, craft booths, food booths, and more.
These fees, along with any donations, will directly support the Honolulu Festival Foundation and help to ensure its continued success.
The 29th Annual Honolulu Festival will still feature other free events, including the Japanese Film Festival on the 3rd floor,Honolulu Rainbow Ekiden Kick-off Event on March 8th 18:00~, stage performances at Ala Moana Centerstage and Waikiki Beach Walk, the Grand Parade, and the Nagaoka Fireworks.
